A one hour professional voice recording of a loved one’s life story and memories, preserved on disc for family members to enjoy for years to come.

We wanted to capture the story of Mom’s life and preserve her loving voice for the family to cherish. Hospice of Southwest Ohio interviewed and professionally recorded Mom’s story – in her own voice – and provided CDs for us to enjoy and share with family members. For us, it was the perfect way to capture the story of a lifetime that could be shared and enjoyed from generation to generation.

Social Workers

Licensed social workers help connect families and caregivers with needed support and community resources.

There are times we may not be able to be present with a family member during those last months, weeks, days and possibly hours prior to passing away. Other times may include special events in a family member’s life, a holiday party or a funeral that they are unable to attend. That is when Vgo comes to life. Hospice of Southwest Ohio can place Vgo at your family member’s bedside, special gathering or funeral when you cannot be there in person. All that is needed is a laptop or desktop computer with camera, sound and internet connection. You can move Vgo anywhere in the room you are visiting. Conversations can be held with everyone in the room. If you cannot be there, having Vgo available to visit can be the next best thing.
