How Hospice of Southwest Ohio Can Help

When Mom and I chose Hospice of Southwest Ohio, we took advantage of several special programs that helped us better understand and celebrate the hospice journey. It’s just one way Hospice of Southwest Ohio goes above and beyond standard hospice care.

Make a Memory Program

Mom always loved to be pampered. So the hospice staff worked to ‘make a memory’ and plan a special spa day for Mom. The staff even accompanied us to the spa, to be sure we enjoyed our experience. With Hospice of Southwest Ohio, we were thrilled that the staff could give the gift of capturing a special experience, and create unforgettable memories.

LifeDisk™

LifeDisk(TM) at Hospice of Southwest Ohio

We wanted to capture the story of Mom’s life and preserve her loving voice for the family to cherish. LifeDisk™ interviewed and professionally recorded Mom’s story – in her own voice – and provided CDs for us to enjoy and share with family members. For us, it was the perfect way to capture the story of a lifetime that could be shared and enjoyed from generation to generation.
